How to do an order

1. Call us for a quote if you buy from abroad.
2. Watch our catalogue and choose the product you want to buy.
3. 1.Click on “Add in your cart”. In the left part of the site, under the logo, you see in real time the products added. Click on “Visualize your cart” to visualize the details of the added products and/or to modify the quantity. Click on “Go to the counter” to complete your order. We remember you that you need to buy a number of bottles which is a multiple of six (6, 12, 18, 24, ecc.), beacuse the pack contains 6 bottles.
4. 1.At the counter you can insert your details as address,payment method and other information. Insert the province to which the product must be sent and the automatic system calculates the forwarding costs. In case of problems with the calculation of the forwarding costs call us: +39 347 0480315.
5. 1.After you have completed the order, the system will give you automatically a username and a password in order to send you by mail the receipt of your order with the datas and the instructions for the access to your personal page, where you can visualize the orders made.

How to pay

Cà del Principe, which keeps into consideration its customers'needs, has activated the opportunity to pay even with the credit card. Here is a brief explanation of the payment methods accepted by our website.

Credit transfer
Cà del Principe accepts advance payment in our account and the ware will be kept for 5 days after the confirmation of the order. The proof of the done credit transfer must be sent by mail or fax before the expiry date. In the contrary case, the order will be canceled.

Payment on delivery
You can pay on the delivery of the products. In this case you have to sustain a supplementary cost of 8,40 euro, which will be calculated if you choose it when you are paying.
On-line payment with credit card
Cà del Principe accepts the most known and safe credit cards. We have activated the innovative Carta-Sì x-Pay system, with which we can accept payments on Visa, Master Card and Maestro circuits.

In the case you choose to pay with credit card, you will be addressed on the safe x-Pay server by using a protecetd connection. To verify the authenticity and the validity of the certificate when you are on the x-Pay server, use the settings of your browser.

How does "safe server" mean?

“Safe server”means that all the data inserted, those of the credit card included, will not be memorised everywhere and as consequence of this, they will not be intercepted during the navigation becuase you are using a protected connection. As a matter of fact, the platform used is provided with a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate.

Buying more bottles is more convenient

A pack contains 6 bottles. For the final cost of a buying order with forwarding charges, the higher number of bottles corresponds to a lower total cost per bottle.
The bottles ordered must be at least 6 or multiple of 6 (6,12,18,24, etc...).
