“Ca’ del Principe” di Ugo Borello is a farm located in Valdivilla, a hamlet of S.Stefano Belbo.

Most of the 10 hectares of this wine growing and producing farm are cultivated with Moscato Bianco, and the rest with Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa, Chardonnay and Favorita.

Ugo, together with his father Giuseppe and his mother Clotilde, his brother Stefano, his uncle Piero and his aunt Maria, cultivates the vineyards following an old family tradition, in the respect of the environment, with a low production per hectare.

Ugo and Stefano are wine-making experts who in 2006 decided to make wine with their own grapes.

The place of origin combined with the growing process ensure the high quality of grapes, which is validated by the organoleptic results.

Thanks to the combination of traditional methods and state-of-the-art technologies, Ca' del Principe produces high quality wines which satisfy the needs of today customers.
