“Ca’ del Principe” di Ugo Borello is a farm located in Valdivilla, a hamlet of S.Stefano Belbo.
Most of the 10 hectares of this wine growing and producing farm are cultivated with Moscato Bianco, and the rest with Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa, Chardonnay and Favorita.
Ugo, together with his father Giuseppe and his mother Clotilde, his brother Stefano, his uncle Piero and his aunt Maria, cultivates the vineyards following an old family tradition, in the respect of the environmente.
